Rehab TherX App does not collect or store any personal information from purchasers of the App. The App does not connect to any server. The purchaser is solely responsible for the information entered into the App and protected via password to access the iPad/ iPad mini.
USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
You acknowledge and agree that you (and not Innovative Therapeutic Technologies, LLC) are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband, and computer hardware, equipment, and services needed to access and use the App, and for paying all charges related thereto.
Innovative Therapeutic Technologies, LLC does not operate or control the Internet or your mobile connection, and therefore cannot guarantee that the App will be error or virus free, invulnerable to hackers or other unauthorized users, or always available.
